Neighbourhood Clinical Assistant – Vacancy
We are recruiting Clinical Assistants to join our Neighbourhood Teams in the West of Leeds. This role delivers planned care in patients’ homes, helping people to remain independent and supported within their local communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Safe administration of medication
* General wound care and leg dressings
* Bowel and catheter care
* Personal care and self‑management support
* Carry out patient observations and assessments
* Assess and respond to the changing needs of patients within your own limits, seeking support from the wider clinical team when appropriate
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary and citywide services to ensure coordination and continuity of care
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
* Full‑time permanent position (37.5 hours per week)
* No sponsorship available
* Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
* Ability to work flexible shift patterns between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week
