Global Accounts Receivable Assistant at Compassion in World Farming International. As Global Accounts Receivable Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting this mission by ensuring supporter income and financial transactions are accurately recorded, helping drive real change for animals, people, and the planet.
Role Details
Role Type: Full time; Permanent
Location: Godalming, UK (hybrid working pattern 2x days in the office per week)
Salary:£26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Finance team to accurately record supporter income and financial transactions across multiple international entities.
* Post income, resolve queries, and support system improvements and cross-team collaboration to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations.
* Provide financial data to enable fundraising, marketing, and other teams to make informed decisions.

* Conscientious and proactive, with an outstanding eye for detail and a methodical approach to administrative tasks.
* You may be seeking your first role in finance or a new opportunity where your work contributes to meaningful impact.
* Prior experience is not essential; a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency are important.
* Comfort with systems and data, ability to manage routine tasks with care, and confidence communicating with colleagues across departments and country offices.
* Ability to identify discrepancies or inaccuracies in financial data and escalate issues to the appropriate team member.
