★ Estimated salary range: $100,000 to $143,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, certifications, project requirements, location, and internal alignment/level.

Doyon Management Services (DMS) provides design-build and general construction services nationwide for government and military facilities.
DMS is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) federal construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily field operations and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
* Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to contract specifications
* Coordinate with QCMs and SSHOs to uphold quality and safety standards
* Manage Definable Features of Work (DFOW) and verify subcontractor performance
* Review project plans, drawings, and submittals for field execution
* Conduct daily site inspections and resolve issues promptly
* Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation
* Report project progress, risks, and updates to management
Qualifications
* 7+ years of professional construction experience
* 3+ years serving as the Superintendent on USACE or NAVFAC federal construction projects
* Strong knowledge of contract specifications, construction methods, and federal project requirements
* Must be proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar project reporting software for tracking DFOW and daily progress
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and able to work independently
* Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
* Experience managing schedules, budgets, and field teams effectively
