* a genuine interest in recruitment and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
* solid IT skills including Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or HR system is a plus
What you'll be doing:
* support the full recruitment process from job advertising through to onboarding, keeping things moving at every stage
* coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and agencies with clarity and care
* manage recruitment administration including offers, contracts and pre-employment checks — accurately and on time
* assist with direct sourcing and screening where required, helping to identify strong candidates early
* coordinate and support assessment centres, careers fairs and recruitment events
* provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
* maintain accurate candidate records and keep the ATS up to date throughout every recruitment journey
