About the role
Vision for Education Midlands is seeking a passionate and dedicated Girls Physical Education Teacher (QTS) to work on a supply basis in a well-regarded secondary setting in South Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic PE specialist looking for a long term role.
The Role
As a Girls PE Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Inspire students to develop a love for physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles
3. Plan and adapt lessons to suit varying abilities and learning styles
4. Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
5. Contribute to extracurricular sports where possible
This is a supply teaching role, offering flexibility to suit your availability while gaining experience in a supportive school environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
7. Experience teaching Physical Education at secondary level
8. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for girls’ sport and fitness
9. Excellent behaviour management skills
10. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
