The Production Line Leader is responsible for leading and supporting a high-flow production value stream to deliver agreed production plans safely, on time, to cost, and to defined quality standards. The role ensures effective day-to-day supervision of production teams, adherence to standard processes, and compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and defence industry requirements. The post holder will focus on operational control, people supervision, and performance against plan.

Supervise and support production team members to ensure work is completed to customer specification, schedule, and budget, while complying with all health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
