We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate & Commercial practice within their London office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an esteemed Corporate & Commercial department, advising on a full range of corporate services and commercial matters. The candidate’s duties will include providing corporate structuring advice, providing regulatory compliance and governance advice, undertaking due diligence work, and drafting transactional documentations.
The candidate will play a key role in supporting other advisers on contractual arrangements, corporate matters, and contentious transactions. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development initiatives, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Essential Criteria
* 2-5 PQE;
* Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate services within a medium to large international or City firm;
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
