Exciting opportunity to join CMDP on Southern Water's AMP8 framework (initial 7-year programme, with potential extension), delivering major investment across water and wastewater infrastructure including treatment works, pumping stations, and reservoirs. This is a programme-level role focused on technical governance, risk management, and engineering assurance across the full project lifecycle - from early concept and optioneering through to detailed design and construction support. Key focus areas: Technical assurance across design teams and engineering disciplines Managing engineering and water quality risk throughout solution development Driving buildable, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions Supporting collaboration between client, design, construction, and supply chain Overseeing governance, compliance, and CDM requirements Ideal background: Strong water sector experience (clean water essential) Experience in design & build / programme delivery environments Ability to manage technical risk, scope, and change at programme level Chartered status (or working towards) desirable Hybrid role (2-3 days/week) site travel Please click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
