Food and Beverage Assistant, Hotel du Vin
Up to £13.30 per hour (including tronc)

In this role you will assist in the smooth running of all our events, be part of the Food & Beverage team and grab your chance to work with the best food, drink and a brand you can be proud of.
You'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management team to ensure smooth and controlled experiences for our guests. This role also involves working within our 3 AA rosette restaurant where you will be expected to maintain current standards.

Profile / Requirements
* Passion for food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to guests.
* Knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage.
* Passion for hospitality and the ability to deliver service with a smile.
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts; open 7 days a week 365 days a year. Evenings and weekends are busier; shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
