About the Role As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving growth in the doors and ironmongery market. You'll manage and expand existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and use our CRM system to deliver real results. * Build strong, trusted relationships with key customers.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Grow existing accounts while actively sourcing and securing new business.
* Manage commercial customers and provide excellent customer service.
* Deliver against monthly sales targets and revenue forecasts.
* Use CRM tools to analyse data, forecast, and develop sales strategies.
* Work closely with colleagues across departments to maximise opportunities.
* Stay ahead of the market by attending training and keeping up with industry trends.
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in sales, ideally in doors, ironmongery, or related sectors (desirable but not essential).
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate effectively.
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

* Organised, proactive, and comfortable using CRM systems.
