Millennium Staffing is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team in the Hinckley (LE10 2QB)
area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Providing high-quality personal care and support in clients’ homes
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Supporting medication administration (where trained)
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families
• Promoting dignity, respect, and independence at all times
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns
• Following care plans and company policies
🔹 Requirements:
• Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar role preferred
• A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
