Parts Supervisor - Wrexham - £33,000 - Main Dealership
Holt Automotive are working with a leading Car Dealership in the Wrexham area who are looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to oversee their Parts Department.
The Parts Supervisor role comes with a salary of with fantastic opportunities for progression.
Monday to Friday 8am—5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm - Every other Saturday 8am-1pm (paid as overtime rate)
Basic of £33,000 + (overtime paid time and a half)
Parts Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities
You will assist in taking active ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the local Parts Trade delivery, returns and cash payments and be responsible for managing the Parts Team
Ensure all operational standards and procedures are effectively maintained.
Assist with the daily management of the core sales objectives for the branch & Parts Advisor team
Meet monthly set targets and deliver on agreed KPI’s whilst guaranteeing the highest level of customer satisfaction
As a Parts Supervisor you will have:
Experience of working in a similar role within an automotive environment
Knowledge of dealership systems 1 link / Kerridge / pinnacle desirable
Exemplary communications skills, both verbal and written; can develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues, the client base, and manufacturers
Computer literate with knowledge of general IT systems
