About the Company

About the Role
* Manage and develop national accounts, ensuring relationships deliver long-term value
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across a variety of industries
* Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations
* Build and execute account plans to achieve agreed sales and margin targets
* Collaborate internally to deliver customer-focused solutions and product launches
* Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead of opportunities
About You
* 3+ years’ account management experience, ideally at national level
* Strong track record of growing accounts and winning new business
* FMCG background essential ideally within food to go or broader chilled produce
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
* Commercially sharp, results-driven, and comfortable with remote working plus regular travel
