As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead its 24/7 manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a key leadership position requiring a proven production professional with a minimum of three years' management experience within an ERP & data-driven manufacturing environment. Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record in operational leadership, performance improvement and team development, together with experience of ERP systems and continuous improvement methodologies. The Production Manager will provide visible and inspirational leadership to a multidisciplinary team encompassing production, engineering, quality and health & safety functions. Key responsibilities will also include fostering strong collaboration and communication across multiple shift teams, ensuring alignment of objectives, consistency of standards and the sharing of best practice across production operations.
