About the Programme:
Were now looking for a?Business Intelligence Analyst?to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects, shape data-driven decision-making, and help deliver reliable, high-performing BI solutions across the business.
Your Mission:
As a BI Analyst, youll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP BI solutions. Youll work across SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks and more - ensuring our reporting systems are robust, insightful, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Analysis & Development
Design and implement high-availability SAP BW/SAP Datasphere/Databricks data models and reports
Maintain and monitor SAP BI applications (housekeeping, daily operations)
Provide functional user support based on SLAs, KPIs, and ticketing systems
Contribute to BI strategy aligned with company goals
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels
Project Management
Lead full lifecycle BI project implementations or workstreams
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Business Consulting
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Deliver user training and ongoing support
Collaborate with internal IT and BPM teams
Provide expert guidance to users and stakeholders

What Will You Need?
To be part of Mllers Business Intelligence Graduate Programme, you will need:
A bachelor's degree at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years
Must hold a full UK driving license for at least one year
Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education(Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
Strong knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Datasphere and Databricks
Experience with SAP frontend tools (e.g., Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud)
Bonus: Familiarity with Databricks
Agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to change
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel and adopt new technologies
Proven relationship and service level management skills
