ITIA Overview
The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) is an independent body established in 2021 by International Governing Bodies of Tennis (ITF, ATP, WTA and Grand Slams) to promote, encourage, enhance and safeguard the integrity of professional tennis worldwide. Purpose of the Role:
The ITIA has a requirement for a Project manager (available immediately) to lead an office relocation project from planning through to execution and post-move support. Coordinate stakeholders, controls, timelines and ensure a smooth transition for around 50 staff with minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end project management of the office relocation, including planning, risk, management, scheduling and execution
* Develop and own the project milestones and move logistics
* Coordinate with internal teams (IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Communications) and external vendors (removals, fit-out contractors, IT/cabling, cleaners)
* Partner with leadership and project working group to define workplace vision and space standards, ensuring office design reflects ITIA company culture and brand identity
* Oversee office/desk layout, furniture selection, procurement, and installation
* Manage and track project budget, forecast spend and control costs
* Communicate expectations, provide regular status updates and risks to leadership team and project working group
* Oversee decommissioning of the old office and the secure, timely relocation of server room, IT and AV equipment
* Ensure new space is fully operational, including IT and cleaning, with post-move support
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
* Degree or professional qualification in business, project management, facilities management or equivalent experience
* Proven experience managing an office relocation for a similar size organisation. Strong project management skills (planning, budgeting, risk management)
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
* Experience with vendor selection and contract management
* Ability to work under pressure, effectively prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
* Excellent attention to detail
* Measured and methodical approach with a positive 'can-do' attitude
* Experience with workplace fit outs or facilities projects
* Analytical with the ability to also provide solutions to problems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite, Project Management tools & Teams applications
Desirable:
* Relevant PM qualification (Prince2, APM, or PMP) is an advantage
* An interest in the sports industry
