What the Job Involves This role requires you to work within the reablement team at the London Borough of Bromley, conducting occupational therapy assessments of clients in their own homes and planning and implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions. You will liaise with reablement senior support workers, complete assessments, triage reablement cases, and provide both standard and specialized equipment, including seating and manual handling equipment. Maintaining professional standards of record-keeping, supervising staff, and supporting service development are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will accommodate flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid working model of office and home-based tasks, as well as travel to client visits.
