You will be the content lead for the business, particularly when it comes to sales enablement, identifying gaps in our sales materials, writing the copy, and creating multimedia content to ensure our message is high-impact and consistent. What you will be doing Strategical Marketing Campaigns Support the Senior Marketing and Digital Manager in developing annual marketing strategy and plans. Delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through to execution. Provide insight to contribute to campaign development. Analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve future activity. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver campaigns Develop a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle to ensure all campaign touchpoints are optimised for engagement and conversion. Content Marketing Support the Senior Marketing and Digital Manager with the creation of a future proofed long term content strategy for multi-channel delivery. Create compelling content and copy for web, email, social media, paid media, and landing pages, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice. Identify opportunities to enhance sales materials and high-value pitch presentations, developing the strategy and writing the content for high-impact assets. Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing and sales collateral and digital content to support with customer acquisition and retention. Execute content research and SEO/AEO outreach strategies to increase brand authority and lead generation through high performing content. Manage the approval communications process of marketing materials and content. Social Media Plan and deliver an integrated organic social media plan, collaborating with the Performance Marketing and Growth Executive and PR and Communications team to ensure strategic alignment with the paid media strategy. Reporting & Analysis Utilise multiple analytics platforms (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, etc) to track content performance, ROI, conversions, and traffic, providing actionable insights to the wider business (training provided if required). Other Responsibilities To provide information and support to 3rd parties for development of marketing content. Act as a marketing consultant for internal teams (New Business, L&D, People Services, National Accounts) to deliver marketing and content activities to support the business performance. To stay up-to date on best practice and new marketing developments and industry trends, new channels, technology developments, and implement best practices. ?You will have Required Proven track record of delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns. Expert copywriter and storyteller with hands-on experience in video creation and management to build brand narrative across diverse formats. Significant experience managing and growing professional B2B communities across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.) High proficiency in SEO, with knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Practical knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads and manage customer lifecycles. High competency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce high-quality design assets. Exceptional ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all internal and external channels. A strong analytical approach to project evaluation and performance reporting. Desirable Basic experience in tracking and managing marketing spend and budgets. Familiarity with briefing and managing third-party creative or digital agencies. Understanding of ASA regulations to ensure content compliance.
