Job Description
Finance Assistant:
3. Process financial transactions, including invoices and payments.
4. Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records.
5. Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
6. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
7. Assist in preparing financial reports.
8. Respond to internal and external financial queries in a timely manner.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
9. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
10. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
11. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
12. Commute to Slough.
13. Immediately available.
