You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of a production area by delivering high-quality ingredients and products on time and in full for our food-to-go range. What you'll be doing: We have three roles available, each with multiple vacancies. Production line runner: What you will be doing: Support the line leader in running the production line and ensure efficient day-time operations Prepare high-quality products accurately according to specifications Gather all ingredients needed for each production run Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards Keep the production area clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times Production line Leader: What you will be doing Oversee the production line, meeting targets and supporting your team to deliver efficiently Prepare high-quality products accurately, with all ingredients ready for each run Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards Keep the production area organised, clean, and well-maintained Complete all required production paperwork accurately Kitchen operative: What you will be doing Prepare all daily mixes and ingredients accurately to produce high-quality products Use basic knife skills for herbs and vegetables as required Work day -time hours to support efficient food production and service Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times About you : Experience in food preparation and food safety, ideally as a CDP, Junior Sous Chef, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork Dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards with excellent attention to detail Motivated to grow and contribute to the companys success We will be carrying out interviews promptly as applications are received so please apply submit your application without delay if you wish to be considered for this exciting new role.
