Receptionist (ASAP Start)
Location: City Insurance Services, London
Position: Part-time, 3-Month FTC (Possible Permanent)
City Insurance Services is looking for a professional, organised, and friendly Receptionist to join our welcoming front office team. This role is 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday), working alongside one other Senior Receptionist, and is available for an immediate start.
Contract: 3 months initially, with the possibility to become permanent.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:45am – 5:15pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients in person and by phone
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Book appointments and manage meeting room schedules
* Keep reception area tidy and professional
* Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and friendly manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using MS Office and email systems
* Previous corporate reception experience preferred, minimum2 years exp
