We are delighted to be working on behalf of a thriving business based in Colchester, who are currently recruiting for a professional Administrator to support their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team that truly values its staff and offers exceptional benefits.

This is an extremely varied role, where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the business, responsible for providing effective and efficient support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Answering telephones and responding to emails as appropriate, dealing with customer queries or forwarding them to the relevant department

* Making outbound calls to customers in relation to their enquiries

* Scheduling installations and additional works

* Updating and maintaining business software, spreadsheets, and trackers

* Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, including the development of social media and marketing strategies

* Diary management, including booking travel and accommodation

* Assisting with fleet management, including booking MOTs, services, and repairs

* Supporting other departments with ad hoc administrative duties as required by the business

Previous Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven administrative support experience

* An accurate, methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail

* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet strict deadlines

* A high degree of professionalism, with a strong work ethic

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
