Management Accountant Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Contract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeOur client, a well-established and growing [industry/sector] business, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.Assisting with year-end processes and liaison with external auditors.Partnering with department heads to provide financial analysis and advice.Identifying process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.Skills & Requirements:Part-qualified in (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE.Strong management accounting experience within a commercial environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e., SAP, Oracle, or similar).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefits & Package:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Supportive and collaborative working environment.
