The Home Holmes Court is a newly built residential home for people aged 18 or over with complex needs including Autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge. Holmes Court is located in Ballymena and neighbors Slemish Nursing Home. It is within walking distance of local shops and parks, and easily accessible by bus or train.

The Role
This role can be full-time or part-time. The Domestic Assistant plays a vital role in providing excellent care by supporting the Housekeeper to maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment. The role involves ensuring the home is hygienic and well-maintained, working closely with care teams and residents to foster a safe and caring atmosphere.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the home.
* Support domestic duties as assigned.
* Identify and report damage or faults to maintenance or management.
* Follow cleaning and auditing schedules.
* Use and store cleaning products in accordance with COSHH regulations.
* Perform any other duties reasonably required by the Home Manager or Housekeeper.

Required Criteria
* Good standard of verbal and written English
* Relevant experience for the role
* The Right to Work in the UK
Desired Criteria
* Previous care home experience
* Basic knowledge of COSHH, Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations
