Reporting to the Continence Care (CC) Marketing Manager, youll build the digital strategy (for HCPs and users) in line with the BUs strategy, and implement the actions required. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing the content and performance of digital campaigns that work cross-channel to drive new customers (generating leads) in a highly competitive market. You will be responsible for improving the engagement, conversion and aid retention. You will be well practiced in designing and planning actionable cross-channel campaigns (messaging and positioning) and have a good understanding of the value of each channel within the marketing mix. This is a true cross-functional role at the center of France marketing urology activities working very closely with Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Global marketing and digital team, field sales and our external partners to ensure cohesiveness in successful execution. The successful candidate will be based in Ile de France. Key Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for : Definition and implementation of digital marketing strategy: • Propose a digital marketing strategy in line with the BU Continence Care strategy and implement it using the levers available, while respecting the constraints specific to France. • Implement and monitor the results of each action to continuously improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns Management of digital acquisition and loyalty levers: • Manage natural search engine optimization (SEO) for the Groups websites and paid search (SEA) and social media campaigns • Management of paid and organic digital campaigns on social media and search sites (such as google) Management of various digital campaigns: • In collaboration with the community manager, propose and implement a campaign strategy with influencers • Responsible for continuous improvement of the customer data base via CRM and for identifying and reporting local needs. • CRM database and target analysis • Set up editorial planning and emailing campaigns • Monitor results to improve key indicators: openings, clicks, sales • Set up KPIs to measure effectiveness Various projects and performance monitoring : • Update Frances corporate website according to the global strategy and produce local content (testimonials, blog, tips & tricks). • In collaboration with the marketing team, set up, promote and ensure the smooth technical running of webinars for patients and healthcare professionals in order to meet audience targets. • Digital marketing intelligence • Set up reports to measure the performance of each digital marketing channel using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 • Monitor project progress and budget • Collaborate with other stakeholders such as content developer (copywriter), graphic and media designer, as well as management to ensure brand message consistency and best customer experience (work with web developers and designers to manage integrations and tools for PPC, social media, etc) Skills & Experience: Technical skills • Project management: ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects • Digital marketing tools: expertise with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Social Listening … • Analytics & insights: the ability to use data to make decisions • Linguistic and writing skills: proficiency in written and spoken French and English. • Good knowledge of a CRM tool is a plus (operation, use, analysis) Other skills • Autonomy, adaptability, flexibility: Ability to work independently and adapt to a constantly changing environment. • Innovation and creativity: The ability to come up with new ideas and think creatively. • Results-oriented culture: focused on achieving concrete objectives and results. Qualifications/Education: • At least 5 years experience in the digital field, with particular expertise in media, influence and social media (knowledge of funnels, media KPIs, etc.). • Knowledge of the healthcare market (medical devices a plus)
