Service Manager
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with additional hours and occasional weekends as required.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a team of engineers working on agricultural machinery. This role involves managing workshop operations, coordinating parts and schedules, and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of skilled service engineers
* Organise workloads, call-outs, and workshop activity
* Coordinate with parts and other departments for efficiency
* Maintain strong customer relationships
* Ensure high levels of service delivery
About You
* Experienced in agricultural machinery (management or senior engineer level)
* Strong understanding of farming demands and seasonal pressures
* Confident communicator with team and customers
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Willing to undertake further training
