Are you a HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations looking to join an innovative and rapidly growing organisation in Nottinghamshire?
Our organisation is a market leader with impressive 2024 financial results, and they are seeking a HR Advisor to support the Business Partnering team with employee relations casework.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Serve as the go-to person for all employee relation queries across the business.
2. Support, coach, and upskill managers, promoting a positive approach to employee relations matters.
3. Provide operational support and advice on disciplinary, grievance, and appeal processes.
4. Assist with redundancy consultation processes and TUPE when necessary.
5. Take a proactive approach to absence management; help identify and resolve problematic cases and long-term sickness issues.
6. Utilise HR metrics to monitor KPIs and trends, working with the wider HR team to implement effective resolutions.
7. Support the wider HR team through organisational change and assist in creating new structures and processes as required.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mansfield, working Monday to Friday with some flexibility on start and finish times.
We are looking for HR Advisors who are passionate about Employee Relations and capable of handling high-volume, complex cases independently. You should be an expert in UK employment law, with experience in disciplinary and grievance procedures, appeals, absence management, and redundancy.
The ideal candidate will be resilient, assertive, confident in their approach, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
