We are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection (PFP) Surveyor to join their team in the Midlands. This is a high-profile position requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in reviewing technical details, inspecting site works, and ensuring compliance with the highest fire safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret PFP drawings, details, and test reports, applying results to site conditions.
Conduct on-site inspections of PFP details where scrutiny is required, including:
Steel protection
Service penetrations
Flexible walls
Dampers
Fire doors
Interfaces of different construction elements
Inspect and understand build-ups of construction to assess compliance.
Represent the company confidently in meetings with senior directors and stakeholders.
Build, support, and manage successful teams, ensuring a strong focus on people, technical excellence, and project delivery.
Deliver projects to tight timescales and deadlines, maintaining high standards consistently.
Demonstrate strong day-to-day planning and organisational skills.
Communicate effectively at all levels, engaging and influencing colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Passive Fire Protection Surveyor or Certification Inspector.
Strong technical knowledge of PFP systems and applications.
Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Leadership ability to manage and support high-performing teams.
ASFP Level 2 qualification (highly advantageous).
