Smart Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11–19 with a range of additional learning needs in Wolverhampton. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to assist pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Visual and Hearing Impairments, Physical Disabilities, and Moderate to Profound Learning Difficulties. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to build confidence, communication, independence, and positive engagement in learning.
