TPF Recruitment is recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Semi Senior to join a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants based in Ramsgate. Our client is looking for an experienced accountancy practice Part-Time Accounts Semi Senior to join their dynamic team and assist in their ever-growing workload. The successful candidate will be required to complete end-to-end accounting tasks for a range of sole traders, ltd companies and partnerships across accounts, tax, bookkeeping and VAT. There will also be a great opportunity to help shape the business for Making Tax Digital and get involved in other areas of the practice as you wish.
The Part-Time Accounts Semi Senior will be dealing with a wide range of work, including:
* Assist in the preparation of accounts (sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts).
* Assist in the preparation of corporate and income tax computations.
* General bookkeeping and preparing VAT returns.
* Liaise with clients as necessary.
* Opportunity to get involved in other areas such as payroll, preparing for making tax digital etc.
Requirements
* You will be studying AAT or AAT qualified or qualified by experience with some experience within practice.
* Experience in Iris, Sage or Xero would be advantageous but isn't a prerequisite.
* You may have experience in preparing accounts and tax returns in an accountancy practice environment.
* Full-time or part-time candidates will be considered.
Benefits
* £25,000 - £30,000 FTE dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
* Circa 25 hours per week

Requirements
You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience within practice. You will have worked as Semi Senior or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris and cloud software such as Xero/ Quickbooks would be advantageous
