Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team in a bustling hotel restaurant. The ideal candidate will help support the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
* Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of the chefs
* Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
* Ensure kitchen waste is disposed of properly
* Keep kitchen floors and work surfaces clean and sanitised
* Support chefs during service by fetching ingredients or equipment as required
