We have a vacancy for a motivated and enthusiastic Children's Nurse (RN - Child) who would like the opportunity to develop their expertise as a Children and Young People's Community Nurse within our friendly integrated team in Chichester.
We are looking for a skilled clinical nurse capable of working autonomously in the community as well as part of a wider team. Currently, the team operates seven days a week. This post is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Role Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development of the local Children’s Community Nursing Team and countywide CCNS, working with the Team Lead and senior nurses to develop and deliver policy and practice aligned with Trust and national standards.
* Deliver specialist community children’s nursing care for children and young people on the CCN caseload.
* Provide up-to-date knowledge and skills for nursing management and care of children in the community setting.
* Liaise with clinical experts to provide specialist knowledge, skills, and leadership as required.
* Promote the health and wellbeing of children and their families, ensuring high-quality, safe nursing care.
* Collaborate with other health professionals within the Trust, across the health economy, and with statutory and third sector agencies.
