Senior Physiotherapist - Pelvic Health (bank)
Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Oxford Hospital, part-time bank position offering up to £24 per hour depending on skills and experience. Clinical support is available from Regional Pelvic Health Physiotherapists, and you will receive leadership from the on-site Physiotherapy team.
Job responsibilities
* Deliver high quality, effective clinical care for Women's Health patients in the Physiotherapy Outpatients Department.
* Adhere to Nuffield Health values and beliefs, encouraging behaviour that is enterprising, passionate, independent and caring.
* Deliver excellent evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive to patients' needs.
* Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided.
* Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
* BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
* Experience assessing and treating Pelvic Health patients in an out‑patient setting.
* Minimum of 2 years post‑graduate experience.
* Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
* Confident communication skills for engaging effectively with the public and other healthcare professionals.
* Excellent assessment and manual therapy skills, able to develop reasoned treatment programmes.
* Competent IT user with strong organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload efficiently.
Experience
* Demonstrated additional professional training and ongoing development.
