Care Worker / Senior Care Worker - Community Support Bed Team
Join our short-term reablement team at Bennerley Fields and help clients regain independence - physically and emotionally. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we offer full training and support!
What You’ll Do:
* Provide personal care and support
* Promote independence and wellbeing
* Work with health professionals and families
* Flexible shifts (including nights & weekends)
* Roles available: 18 or 27.5 hours/week
* Opportunities for extra hours
* No experience needed - just compassion and dedication!
Enablement Support Worker - Adult Social Care & Health
Work creatively with individuals in their own homes to achieve independence and wellness goals. You’ll deliver tailored care plans and work closely with clients, carers, and professionals.
Key Highlights:
* Support with personal care, medication, and domestic tasks
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
* Use tech to record progress
* Flexible working (including weekends & bank holidays)
* Full training and care certificate provided
Driving licence and access to a vehicle required
