We’re working with a fast-growing fashion brand that’s taking the industry by storm – and they’re on the hunt for a Brand Manager to bring their marketing to life and help shape the future of the brand. This is not your average Brand Manager role. You’ll have full creative freedom, autonomy to lead, and the opportunity to make a real mark on a brand that’s building big momentum.

* You’ll lead a talented team of 4 across marketing & product listings – mentoring, inspiring, and helping them thrive
* Full mix marketing: from social, email, influencer, content, to campaign planning and photo/video shoots
* Complete ownership of the marketing strategy and schedule
* A brand that's already growing fast – and you're key to taking it even further
* Collaborate with creators, influencers & an engaged community across IG, TikTok, Pinterest and more
* Work closely with the wider business and external agencies – your ideas will be heard and acted on
What you'll be doing:
* Running all things brand – from social to email (Klaviyo), product launches to web merchandising
* Planning and managing exciting campaigns and content shoots
* Reviewing KPIs and pushing performance across every touchpoint
* Driving innovation in digital marketing
* Keeping the website looking sharp and fully aligned with promotions & seasonal trends
What you’ll need:
* Experience managing a small team – you’re a natural leader and mentor
* Strong fashion or consumer brand marketing background (ideally both digital + offline)
* Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution skills
* A love for social, content, and community building
* Creativity in spades – and the confidence to run with it
