CNC Programmer / Machinist
£20 per hour + Monday to Friday + Early Friday Finish + Overtime + Training + 3 Month Contract (Potential to Go Permanent).

This role also provides a great work-life balance, with a Monday to Friday schedule and an early finish on Fridays, alongside the opportunity to work across a range of CNC and manual machinery.
This well-established manufacturing business specialises in the production of high-grade stainless-steel components. Due to continued demand, they are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join and support their small, collaborative workshop team.
This is a Monday to Friday, site-based role. Key responsibilities include programming and operating CNC machinery using Fusion 360, working from engineering drawings, supporting workshop operations, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
The Role:
1. Site-based role.
2. Programming and operating CNC milling and turning machinery.
3. Working with HAAS machine centres and lathes.
4. £20 per hour.
5. 3-month contract with potential to go permanent.
The Person:
6. Experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist.
7. Knowledge of Fusion 360 and working from engineering drawings.
8. Comfortable working within a small, multi-skilled team environment.
9. Lives within a commutable distance of the Bromsgrove site.
