Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximise value and profitability
2. Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and market prospecting
3. Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
4. Understand customer project requirements and recommend suitable power solutions
5. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams
6. Keep CRM updated and maintain accurate sales records
7. Support marketing activities including trade shows and industry events
8. Monitor market trends, competitors, and new product opportunities
About You
9. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
10. Confident in B2B outbound sales (including some cold calling)
11. Target-driven with a proactive, positive attitude
12. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
13. Background in electronics, electrical products, or solar is an advantage
14. Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy sector highly desirable
