About The Role
Weâre looking for a detail-driven, relationship-focused individual to join our team as an Energy Billing Analyst. If you have experience in the energy industry and a passion for data, weâd love to hear from you. New to energy? Although weâd love someone to hit the ground running, we are more than open to considering applications with experience in a finance or data-led role, particularly involving invoicing or billing.
As an Analyst within our Energy Bureau, youâll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. From validating utility invoices and meter readings to producing insightful portfolio-wide reports, your work will directly support accuracy, transparency and informed decision-making. Youâll also manage tenancy changes, resolve billing discrepancies and help ensure our internal systems remain precise and up to date.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a data-rich environment - analytical, proactive and highly detail-oriented - but equally confident building relationships and communicating with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Hybrid working is available, with a minimum of 2 days in our central Bristol office alongside a supportive and talented team.
We recognise that no candidate will match every requirement perfectly. If youâre aligned with our purpose and bring relevant experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.
