An fantastic opportunity with a multi-award winning Architectural Practice based in West Sussex seeking a Senior Architect to join and help expand their talented team.
This established Sussex based firm are searching for a Senior Architect that is highly Revit proficient that has the ability to run projects and manage project teams working within a diverse variety of sectors on projects from conception to completion
The practice boasts 20 years of Nationwide operations within the chosen sectors working with state of the art BIM processes, Utilisation of virtual reality and state of the art tools, The successful Senior Architect will be a highly motivated person that can get involved in projects whilst ensuring the smooth management of others.
Essential Requirements for candidates:
1. RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect
2. 5 years minimum post qualification UK experience
3. ARB registered (Desirable)
4. Full Proficiency in REVIT (Essential) demonstrated in portfolio
5. Experience working in the Commercial & Education Sectors (Desirable)
6. Strong knowledge with Building Regs and construction working methods.
7. Proven ability to manage teams and projects
8. Proven ability to work independently or as part of a wider team
9. Demonstrated experience working across all RIBA stages
A competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Senior Architect likely to be in the region of £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience.
