You have proven skills in managing complex cases and line-managing teams, meeting all regulatory and policy standards. You possess a minimum of a QCF Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care and are registered with Social Care Wales. What the job involves As a Reablement & Bridging Senior Care Officer, you will work on a rota basis to support adults in their journey towards independent living, following illness or hospital stay. You will manage a team of Reablement Care Workers, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with statutory requirements. Your role involves coordinating with various departments, mentoring staff, and directly assisting more complex cases to empower service users and maintain high care standards.
