At Anglian Home Improvements, we are looking for Sales Support Advisors to support our Sales Support Contact Centre based in Norwich. The role involves calling prospective customers to follow up on sales appointments, sitting between customer service and sales skills.
The purpose of the Call Centre role is to engage with prospective customers, either after a sales appointment or to follow up on their interest, arranging further meetings or providing information to facilitate sales.
The role
* Developing and nurturing sales opportunities and negotiating sales
* Engaging with prospects already contacted
* Negotiating sales through outbound calls and overcoming objections
* Maximising opportunities from existing leads for growth
* Achieving sales targets by matching products and services to customer needs
* Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
* Ensuring all customer data is accurate, GDPR compliant
What We Need
* Proven success in telesales with the ability to close sales
* A passion for communication, rapport building, and customer experience
* A track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Determination, focus, and motivation
* Excellent communication skills to enhance sales and conversion rates
