We are seeking proactive, customer-focused Claims Handlers to join our growing team.
In this role, you will manage motor claim tasks, focusing on Indemnity and Liability decisions, while keeping customers informed throughout. You will handle claims by exception, working only within your remit, and use your technical expertise, negotiation skills, and communication abilities to ensure decisions are made efficiently, fairly, and in line with regulatory standards and business objectives.

What Youll Be Doing
1. Handle allocated motor claim tasks in line with company processes and service standards.
2. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
3. Make empowered Indemnity and Liability decisions to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business.
4. Control claim costs through robust negotiation.
5. Communicate confidently with customers, third parties, and suppliers.
6. Maintain accurate records, reserves, and task management to ensure timely claim progression.
