Teaching Assistant Level 3, EYFS 22.50 hours per week, term time only, Fixed Term Contract until 31/8/2027 We are delighted to advertise this exciting opportunity, created in response to the continued growth of our Nursery provision. This role will enhance our capacity and allow even more children to benefit from the high-quality early years experiences we provide. We are seeking to appoint a committed, passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 3 (EYFS). This is an exciting opportunity to support our pupils learning and make a real difference in their school experience. The successful candidate will work alongside and support the class teacher and wider Early Years team in delivering high-quality provision. The role will include supporting teaching and learning during morning sessions and contributing to the delivery of planned Nursery activities and provision during afternoon sessions, under the direction of the class teacher. The postholder may, at times, work independently with groups of children within the statutory Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) ratio requirements and will support the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the Nursery provision. What you’ll need to succeed Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential. Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with children. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Be committed to supporting the learning and development of all pupils.
