Role Overview:
As part of the firm’s expanding Residential Property team, you will handle a broad range of property transactions while working in a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on residential property sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
* Managing a busy caseload and delivering excellent service to clients.
* Communicating with clients and intermediaries throughout the transaction process.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
Person Specification:
* Associate - ideally 4+ years PQE and Senior Associate 6+ years PQE in residential property.
* Strong client communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload.
