What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading lessons when teachers are away
2. Managing behaviour and supporting learning
3. Building positive relationships with students and staff

5. A degree in any subject (Education, Sports, English, Science—whatever your passion)
6. Strong communication and organisation skills
7. Confidence in working with young people
