About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake planned and preventive maintenance (PPM), proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that customer expectations are met.
* Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
* Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
* Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring contractors and their workmanship to ensure relevant standards are met.
* Evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
* Work in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS H&S policy.
Key Hiring Criteria
* Qualified Electrician to City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition.
* Previous experience working within Facilities Management is ideal.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Able to carry out basic IT tasks on handheld devices.
