Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Mainstream Secondary Are you the kind of person who can spot when a student needs a quiet word, a confidence boost, or just someone who believes in them? A welcoming and well-established mainstream secondary school in Chelmsford is looking for a strong, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their Inclusion Team this September. This is a role where you won't just be "supporting in class" - you'll be helping young people remove barriers, build confidence, and actually believe they can succeed.
