The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to keep our studio running smoothly, enabling the team to deliver exceptional creative work.
This role sits at the heart of our business and balances big-picture planning with day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and the team feels supported to do their best work. Working in collaboration with the leadership team, you’ll also help shape how the studio grows and operates, contributing to strategic decisions and long-term planning

Working hand-in-hand with each driver we create and manage their personal brand across social media, branding, marketing, merchandise, content creation, digital and more.
