We’re working with a well-established third-party logistics (3PL) business to recruit a Nights Warehouse Administrator for their busy site in Buckingham.
This is a key role supporting overnight warehouse operations with accurate administration and coordination – perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in logistics or warehousing.
The role:

Handling all night-shift administrative tasks related to inbound and outbound goods
*
Processing delivery and dispatch documentation accurately
*
Updating internal systems with stock and shipment information
*
Liaising with warehouse teams, transport, and customer service as needed
*
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and data accuracy
What we’re looking for:

Experience in a warehouse or logistics admin role (nights experience a bonus)
*
Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
*
Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
*
Proactive and calm under pressure
*
Able to work permanent night shifts
