Job Title: Machine Operator - Heavy Construction Plant
Location: Hitchin
Salary/Bonuses: £16 - £20 per hour (depending on experience)
Neos Engineering are partnered with a well-established civil engineering and construction business that is experiencing continued growth across a range of infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
* Operate heavy construction plant machinery safely and efficiently.
* Perform daily checks on equipment and assist with basic maintenance where required.
Requirements
* Proven experience operating heavy construction plant machinery (e.g., excavators, dozers, dumpers).
* Valid CPCS or NPORS certification.
* Strong awareness of health & safety on site.
* Proactive and reliable work ethic.
* Ability to commute to the Hitchin area daily.
